The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: • Support students across Key Stage 3 and 4 with a range of special educational needs. • Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored interventions and booster sessions. • Use your expertise with neurodiverse learners — including but not limited to Autism and ADHD — to adapt strategies for individual progress. • Provide targeted support for pupils with complex needs, ensuring inclusion and engagement in lessons. • Build meaningful relationships, acting as a role model and champion for every learner.
