About The Role:
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 06:30 - 15:00 (Friday and Saturday's off)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Landscaping Co‑Ordinator to lead our grounds maintenance and landscaping team. This is a hands on role combining site supervision with practical landscaping work, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare plans and specifications with cost estimates for current and development work; arrange existing and proposed workload
* Liaise with client and other departments regarding workload and any synergies which could affect efficiencies
* Maintenance and upkeep of shrub beds, trees, tubs, hanging baskets and upkeep of mowed area's
* Winter Duties
* Inspect work to ensure compliance and approve quality of work in line with pre-determined KPI's
* Manage own time and the time of the team
* Head up our site Bio - Diversity
* Supervise and motivate landscaping operatives on site
* Plan daily tasks and allocate resources effectively
* Ensure work meets quality, safety, and environmental standards
* Carry out practical landscaping and grounds maintenance duties
* Operate and oversee use of machinery and equipment
* Complete basic site paperwork and reports
To be considered for this role, you must hit the below criteria:
* Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance (essential)
* Previous supervisory or team-leading experience (essential)
* Good knowledge of horticulture, hard and soft landscaping
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* PA1/PA6, first aid, or machinery tickets (an advantage)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
