Estates Administrator
Location: Toddington, Gloucestershire
Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday | Permanent
Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 per annum
Our client is seeking an experienced Estates Administrator to support the day-to‑day operations of a busy private estate. This role involves providing high-level administrative support, coordinating contractors and suppliers and assisting with facilities and operational management across the estate.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Estate Manager.
* Coordinate day-to‑day estate administration activities.
* Liaise with contractors and manage related documentation.
* Support facilities and property administration tasks.
* Manage supplier invoices and monitor budgets.
* Work closely with finance teams to maintain accurate records.
* Purchase supplies and manage stock requirements.
* Support ad hoc operational and administrative tasks.
* Identify and suggest process improvements where appropriate.
Key Skills
* Previous administration experience within a facilities, property, or operational environment.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive and adaptable approach to work.
* Ability to work independently and use initiative.
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making ability.
* Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Professional and reliable approach.
* Full UK driving licence required.
