What is required from you?
* A minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK
* Valid NMC pin
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a Clinical Registered Manager
* Management qualification at QCF level 4 or equivalent, or willingness to work towards it
* QCF level 4 or higher in Health & Social Care or equivalent
* Previous registration in a residential service (preferable)
* Up-to-date knowledge of the care sector, including care home operations and regulatory frameworks
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Experience working with vulnerable client groups
* Availability to work at least 42 hours per week
A day in the life of a Clinical Registered Manager
As the Clinical Registered Manager, you will lead your team to provide a safe, caring, responsive, and effective service for residents, ensuring compliance with all CQC regulations and achieving operational and quality KPIs.
Your responsibilities include:
* Ensuring residents understand their care and treatment options, promoting choice, dignity, and individuality
* Reviewing and adapting care plans to meet residents' current physical and mental health needs
* Conducting audits to monitor service quality and taking corrective actions when necessary
* Implementing effective risk assessments to ensure safety and wellbeing
* Inducting and training staff, providing motivation, supervision, and support
* Managing disciplinary actions when required
* Staffing the home effectively and planning for contingencies
* Handling complaints related to safeguarding, abuse, or service delivery, and ensuring proper notifications are made
