SALES ENQUIRY CALL HANDLER - MATERNITY COVER.
Hedin Automotive BMW & MINI has a great opportunity for a Sales Enquiry Call Handler to join the centralised Sales Hub on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

YOUR ROLE.
As a Sales Enquiry Call Handler, you will be responsible for managing all sales enquiries that come into Hedin Automotive, whether telephone, email, live chat, online or event marketing. You will be an effective communicator and listener and will help the customer identify the correct vehicle to meet their needs and lifestyle. You will follow up each enquiry lead with the Sales team with a view to progress from enquiry to sale.
The main duties of the role include:
Answer calls and respond to all customer enquiries, proactively identify their needs, build rapport, and provide relevant information.
Have a thorough knowledge of our product range, including new technologies, to confidently discuss our cars and services with customers.
Respond to digital enquiries through the carwow/CRM portal one hour.
Provide personalised PCP quotes when relevant (Velocity).
Liaise directly with the appropriate manager and assign new enquiries to a Sales Executive.
Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations.
Schedule and coordinate customer appointments, including arranging test drives.
YOUR PROFILE.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
Process-oriented with strong administration and IT skills.
Proven experience in customer service and administration, ideally with experience in handling enquiries.

SALARY AND HOURS.
Basic Salary £27,664 with a competitive bonus opportunity OTE £32,664 per annum
Variable rotating shifts from: Monday – Friday, times ranging from 7am - 4pm, 8am – 5pm, 9am – 6pm and 10am – 7pm plus Saturday 8am – 5pm (on a rota basis, 1 in 3, with an agreed day off in the week).
In addition, you will be required to work on Sundays 10am -4pm and Bank Holidays, on a rota basis to be paid as overtime or in lieu.
The role is office-based work environment and offered as a 12-month maternity cover contract.
