Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of education recruiters, supporting performance and growth. Manage your own billing desk, maintaining and developing key client relationships. Drive business development within the education sector, securing new school partnerships. Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth delivery of temporary and permanent staffing solutions. Contribute to team strategy, growth plans, and recruitment initiatives. Act as a role model, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Requirements Proven experience in Education Recruitment, ideally as a Senior or Team Lead. Strong track record in billing and client relationship management. Experience mentoring or supporting junior consultants. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. Ambitious mindset with the desire to progress into a Branch Manager role.
