Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the iconic Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people.
Role Purpose:

CODA is a destination dining spot, situated in the iconic Royal Albert Hall open all day to ticket holders as well as the general public.
What You'll Be Doing
* Craft and present high quality dishes to exceptional standards
* Work with premium, seasonal ingredients in a dynamic kitchen
* Play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences for high profile guests
* Continue developing your skills within a supportive, professional team
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
* A genuine passion for food, quality, and creativity
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* A positive, team focused attitude with excellent communication skills
