Position Role - Act as Pers Admin Br lead staff officer for the development and delivery of SPS training and pan-Army All Arms training that Pers Admin Br is the TRA for. Responsibilities: 1. Branch lead for the delivery of TRA responsibilities. 2. Branch lead for future Mil Pers Admin training capability. 3. Branch lead for the development and delivery of all training policies for Regulars, Reserves and Civilians Pers Admin staff. 4. Branch lead for the development, production and maintenance of the SPS Branch Statement of Training Requirement (SOTR). 5. Branch lead for ensuring DSAT compliance across all TRA courses. 6. Contribute to Branch Whole Life Development (WLD) policy.
