This is an opportunity to influence some of the most cutting-edge products in aerospace, interact regularly with our executive leadership team and global customers, and leave a meaningful impact on our industry-leading product offerings If the scope of activity concerns several programmes there will be these additional responsibilities: Contribute to the construction of the strategic plan and to the elaboration of financial forecasts across the scope of activities. -Monitor PROMPT deployment and application, especially during internal reviews and follow up closure of actions associated to critical or major deviations. -Evaluate the maturity of the Programme Management process and implement continuous improvement actions / workshops within the scope of activities, Build and manage a team of Programme Managers / Project Coordinators -Define objectives for each programme manager and allocate appropriate resources according to the strategy and challenges of the Business Unit. -Ensure with each functional department manager that the objectives and resources of the IPT members are compatible with the challenges of the programmes under their responsibility. -Lead and Evaluate the performance of the team. Key Responsibilities and Duties Lead the Integrated Programme Team: -Define and assess, within the scope of their authority, the objectives of the members of the IPT. -Lead the IPT to ensure the execution of then programme under their management. -Validate the major deliverables submitted by the IPT Members Coordinate and manage all aspects of the programme (performance, cost, quality, deadlines) throughout the Programme from Development through Manufacture and into Service. -Build the framework and execution conditions for the programme to include the development of the Programme Management Plan -Ensure real-time sharing of key information and IPT cohesion around shared objectives. -Flow-down of Programme Objectives to the Company's Functional Departments and IPT members, ensuring accountability taken and appropriate data shared through the demand review to support the industrial planning process. -Make the necessary decisions to achieve the programme objectives. -Plan, manage and make sure programme gates (PROMPT) are passed. -Monitor all programme indicators (programme dashboard and the business plan) and report to the Executive Team. -Manage Programme changes through the Change Control Board. Customer Liaison and Engagement: -Make sure that the information shared with the customer is consistent and coherent and build the communication and escalation matrix. -Make appropriate decisions to meet customer satisfaction and contractual commitments. -Monitor and negotiate changes requested by the customer and ensure that the impact on all programme aspects (strategy, profitability, quality, deadlines) is controlled. -Prepare formal reviews with the customer (according to contract) and ensure that deliverables are in conformity with customer specifications. Manage Product Configuration and Programme Changes: -Verify and flow down the specifications with the appropriate traceability and control evolutions with prior analysis of the impacts. -Implement and manage the configuration management plan defined with the customer ensuring adherence to internal controls. -Supervise the coordination and implementation of the decided programme evolutions with stakeholders (engineering, industrial and customer service and support) -Interface with the customer for all configuration-related issues. Manage Programme Risks and Opportunities: -Consolidate risks and opportunities from the various processes related to the program and manage risk treatment plans, ensure that risks are controlled and opportunities implemented. -Be the Company's risk manager counterpart for the program. Only candidates who successfully pass these checks will be considered for employment. Experience managing large, complex programmes in aerospace, automotive or regulated industry. Degree in business, Engineering or related field; PMP, APM PMQ, PgMP or equivalent. Understanding of technical & regulatory standards for aerospace. Experience managing international clients & understanding of cross-cultural communication & business practice. Experience with design, manufacturing, or certification processes specific to aerospace seating. Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies beneficial. Ability to work with diverse, global customers, manage differing priorities, & maintain composure in high-pressure situations. Ability to distil complex programme status or situations into executive-level summaries, & present in a clear, persuasive manner. Demonstrated ability to make fast, informed decisions based on evolving data, especially under conditions of ambiguity and shifting priorities.
