Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities
Location: Solihull
Salary: Up to £35,000
Are you someone who leads with heart and purpose? We're looking for a compassionate, people-focused Registered Manager to guide our welcoming home for adults aged 30-65 with physical and learning disabilities.
This role is perfect for a Team Leader, Service Manager or Deputy Manager wanting to take that next step in their career and take registration for their first service.
Whether you're a confident Deputy ready for the next step or an experienced Manager seeking a new challenge, this is your chance to make a real impact in a GOOD-rated service.

What You'll Bring
* Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
* Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or the want and need to complete your NVQ Level 5
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* A person focused individual that puts the care and support of others above all else.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and direct day to day management of the service
* Staff supervisions
* New resident reviews, assessments, and transitions
* Care and support planning
* Quality and compliance in line with company and national minimum standards
* Auditing and monitoring
* Finance Management
* HR responsibilities
* Infection prevention and control
* Staff training and development
For your hard work and commitment, you will be paid a salary up to £35,000, have the opportunity to be a registered manager, take your first CQC and be supported through the whole process. You'll get the opportunity to complete your NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or NVQ Level 7 if you already have your NVQ Level 5. Pension plan, medical and holiday allowance.
