Do you love wine, enjoy variety in your day, and take pride in delivering excellent service? We're looking for a confident and capable Membership Operations Coordinator to join our friendly team at Squerryes.
This is a diverse and hands-on role, perfect for someone who's highly organised, enjoys working with both people and systems, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. You'll be a key link between our sales, vineyard, warehouse, and customer teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while building strong relationships with our members and trade clients.
What you'll be doing:
* Handling wine orders across trade, membership, and online sales
* Liaising with customers, members, and trade clients on deliveries, vintage changes, and queries
* Coordinating wine stock levels, warehouse operations, and monthly stock takes
* Managing the members@ inbox and ensuring a first-class experience for our wine club members
* Running membership wine offers (e.g. summer and Christmas cases) from start to finish
* Updating our website, order systems, and CRM platforms
* Leading and supporting membership events with our wider hospitality and wine team
What we're looking for:
* Confident communicator with a positive, problem-solving mindset
* Great with systems – from Microsoft Office and Google to tills and stock software
* Strong team player who can also work independently and use initiative
* Physically fit and happy to lift wine cases (up to ~18kg)
* Organised, calm under pressure, and detail-focused
* Friendly and professional with customers and colleagues alike
* A-levels or equivalent preferred; degree desirable but not essential
Must be aged 18+ and have a full UK driving licence + own vehicle
