Trainee administrator required for our Colchester client to join them and be part of a dedicated, friendly, fast-moving and supportive team. This position of trainee administrator is ideal for someone who possess a small amount of administration and/or customer service experience but more importantly someone who wants to build a career ideally in property. As trainee administrator you will be supporting the team with their administration, answering calls whilst being part of a motivated, fun and progressing company. One of the essential requirements for this role is that you possess a drivers license and car to be able to get to this company.
The role
* Answering calls and dealing with polite and friendly manner
* Sending out vacation reports and bi-weekly reports
* Liaising with business & consumer customers to arrange access for works such as clearances, deep cleans and other specialist work
* Working as part of a team
* Liaising with estate agents to book in valuations
* Ensuring reports are returned back to the relevant parties
* Working Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9-5
The Person
* Must possess a driver’s license and have access to a vehicle
* Friendly and happy manner
* Able to communicate with people of all levels
* Keen to build a career
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
* 12 months administration experience and or customer service
* IT literate
