What you’ll be doing
* Preparing journals, cost allocations and management reporting for periodic submissions including Ocado Logistics property.
* Supporting budgets and forecasts, acting as a key liaison between Accounting and the retailer.
* Building and maintaining financial models to support commercial decision-making.
* Reviewing and supporting capital investment requests and controls.
* Supporting accounting for property costs in Logistics.
* Embedding the right compliance processes and financial standards.
* Challenging and supporting business stakeholders to deliver value.
* Driving improvements in financial controls and reporting processes.

Who we’re looking for
You don’t need to know Ocado inside out but you do need a head for numbers and a heart for progress. Ideally, you’ll bring:
* CIMA / ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified with strong progress.
* Strong Excel skills and financial modelling capability.
* Analytical mindset and great attention to detail.
* Proactive, flexible approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with non-finance stakeholders.
* Experience of period-end reporting, budgeting or forecasting.
* Confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decision-makers.
* Experience using Oracle, Hyperion or similar systems.
