Job Responsibilities Take charge of overseas recruitment projects, including resume screening and interview scheduling. Manage the full-process coordination and arrangement from the initial interview to the final interview. Communicate with candidates and interviewers, coordinate and follow up on the progress of interviews to ensure smooth progress. Conduct recruitment-related data statistics and organize relevant materials, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information. Perform other tasks assigned by the department leader.
