Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities

This role is perfect for a Team Leader, Service Manager or Deputy Manager wanting to take that next step in their career and take registration for their first service.

What You'll Bring:
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or the want and need to complete your NVQ Level 5
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- A person focused individual that puts the care and support of others above all else.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead and direct day to day management of the service
* Staff supervisions
* New resident reviews, assessments, and transitions
* Care and support planning
* Quality and compliance in line with company and national minimum standards
* Auditing and monitoring
* Finance Management
* HR responsibilities
* Infection prevention and control
* Staff training and development
For your hard work and commitment, you will be paid a salary up to £35,000, have the opportunity to be a registered manager, take your first CQC and be supported through the whole process. You'll get the opportunity to complete your NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or NVQ Level 7 if you already have your NVQ Level 5. Pension plan, medical and holiday allowance.
