HR Business Partner Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the continuous improvement and shaping of the HR business partnering function, building a best-in-class HR service for the business. This is a varied, generalist role, working closely with stakeholders at all levels, coaching and influencing leaders during a period of change and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving key strategic people initiatives for your business area.
2. Leading on change and transformation programmes.
3. Coaching and mentoring the leadership team to deliver accountable leadership and management.
4. Handling complex Employee Relations (ER) matters as well as working with unions.
5. Supporting the wider HR team on all aspects of HR including performance management, recruitment, learning and development, and ER.
6. Playing a key role in wider business projects, collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders.
7. Coaching and developing the management team, in partnership with the Learning and Development (L&D) team.

Our client is seeking a commercially astute HR Business Partner with proven experience as an HR generalist, who enjoys operational HR as well as change/longer-term projects. You must have a flexible and solutions-oriented approach and the resilience to guide the business and its people through change. Experience in a fast-paced environment is a must, so a background in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, or similar is preferred. This is a hybrid role based near Wolverhampton. Flexibility is offered, and we will also consider a 4-day workweek. Competitive salary plus bonus, along with excellent benefits.
