Due to our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Accounts Administrator to join our friendly team at our Head Office based in Chesterfield.
Salary - £26,250 plus bonus
Type – Permanent, Full Time
Working Pattern – Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Key areas of responsibilities include:
* Assist with all elements of Purchase Ledger and Sub-contractor payment procedures
* Assist with management accounts and reconcile the suspense account monthly
* Assist with cash book and bank reconciliations
* Assist with processing petty cash claims, direct debit payments, expenses and mileage claims
* Ensure procedures are followed to prevent duplication of purchase ledger payments and fitter invoice payments
* Assist with pro-forma accounts and payments and ensure there are no supplier credit balances
Key Requirements:
* Very well organised with excellent IT and numerical skills
* Be a strong team player
* Have excellent time management skills
* Be able to work well under pressure whilst keeping the highest level of accuracy
