Overview
We are looking for a highly organised Resource Coordinator to support our Resourcing Function. To ensure success, Resource Coordinator should possess solid knowledge of project practices and demonstrable experience in a similar role.
What you\'ll do
* Maintaining and updating schedules in the MSP and managing calendar invites.
* Verifying the availability of consultants.
* Attending Resourcing, Sales, and pre-sales calls,
* Setting up resource plans in the MSP
* Managing MSP bookings (training/variable)
* Booking training and surrounding communications via email or Teams
* Pulling reports from the MSP
* Tracking/maintaining resource movements.
* Monitoring the resourcing inbox & answering scheduling queries via email
* Holding the daily resourcing call in the Resource Manager/Coordinators absence
* Sending out reminders/chasers to Sales regarding opportunities and maintaining records.
* Documenting scheduling processes and keeping records.
* Performing other administrative tasks when required.
What you\'ll need
* A minimum of two years\' experience in a similar/business admin role.
* Advanced proficiency in scheduling software, such as JIRA, ServiceNow/Oracle etc
* Extensive experience with office software, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and setting up Power Point presentations.
* Advanced knowledge of confirming and rescheduling work, as well as record keeping practices.
* Advanced knowledge of working with a diverse workforce and understanding what that entails.
* Advanced ability to keep stakeholders informed of schedule changes and to answer queries.
* Ability to coordinate meetings with relevant stakeholders
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Fast learner – able to think on your feet
* Works well under pressure
* Preferable – Experience of working in a professional services environment.
