Working: 2 days – Thursday and Friday.
Contract: Permanent / Part-Time.
Location: Currys, Reading.
Reports to: LG Regional Manager.
Team: Home Entertainment Team.
Role overview:
Our dynamic LG Team represents innovative technology within Home Entertainment. You will be responsible for professionally representing LG Home Entertainment products within a retail environment. As an LG Sales Ambassador, you will promote and support LG’s retail objectives by demonstrating product features and benefits, increasing awareness, and engaging customers. You will work weekends, bank holidays, and peak periods as required.
You will drive sales through product demonstrations, creating awareness, and enhancing customer experiences with innovative technology.
Your customer-facing experience, product knowledge, and enthusiasm will enable you to create sales opportunities through engaging demos within a retail setting.
What is expected in my role:
* Develop your store’s LG business by building strong relationships with store management and staff.
* Increase brand advocacy through relationships, LG presence, and display compliance.
* Communicate key messages to staff and customers.
* Approach customers actively, understanding their needs through engaging interactions.
* Demonstrate LG products, highlighting features and benefits.
* Attend regional/national training sessions to remain an LG expert.
* Maintain excellent product knowledge.
* Actively sell and demonstrate LG products, meeting targets.
* Carry out store-specific objectives as directed.
* Represent LG and Retail Marketing professionally, including adhering to uniform policy.
Ideal experience:
* Ability to deliver excellent customer experiences in a busy environment.
* Strong interest in technology, especially LG products, with quick learning ability.
* Well-presented, confident, reliable, motivated, and sales-driven.
* Willing to work bank holidays.
