Your Role: What Will You Be Doing?
In this dynamic role, you will focus on providing housing and benefit-related support to vulnerable adults aged 16 and over. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting staff in managing their caseloads and conducting regular supervisions.
* Ensuring effective service delivery and helping individuals make positive changes through the recovery model.
* Managing your own time and workload effectively in a varied working week.

Key Qualifications:
* Experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges and complex needs.
* Ability to deliver high-quality support in community and outreach settings.
* Strong knowledge of mental illness signs, symptoms, and treatments.
* Understanding of health and safety requirements and welfare benefits entitlements.
* Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, dignity, and choice.
* Strong safeguarding knowledge and the ability to respond effectively to concerns.
