Non-Financial Change Risk Manager – NFR
Responsibilities
* Identify and engage right risk experts to assess the impact of NFR
* Partner with transformation lead to ensure appropriate Controls applied during and after the change
* Track, monitor and report assessments, issues, actions, risks and resolutions
* Ensure change meets FIM and Policy requirements
* Ensure impact to Risk and Control Assessment (RCA) due to a change is managed
* Identify cross-value stream themes, systemic issues, and emerging strategic execution risks arising from transformation activity
* Provide insight and challenges to senior stakeholders on risk themes, control effectiveness, and transformation of delivery risks.
* The incumbent will work closely with: Global and regional NFR community and MSS Transformation community
Qualifications
* Relevant years’ experience in Financial Services
* Strong risk / control understanding and experience of working with large change and transformation
* Understanding of operations risk or resilience risk is highly preferable
* Exposure to Markets and Securities Services within 1LOD / 2LOD / 3LOD will be of benefit
* Experience defining and implementing target operating model, process controls and MI
* Understanding of technology trends in financial markets and experience of working with technology teams
* Use judgement and experience to determine how to handle complex requests and varying timescales; make judgements quickly and consistently. Ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in clear language
* Relationship management and collaboration skills: ability to form effective relationships and influence and advise senior business stakeholders
* Interpersonal skills: proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels across the Group High levels of drive and motivation to ensure delivery of a broad range of outputs simultaneously
