Role Will Include:
Supporting Account Managers with client communications and daily operations
Processing paperwork promptly and sending clients all requested documents
Scanning and storing all paperwork in line with company procedures
Assisting with proposals, reports, and presentations
Tracking and following up on project progress, deadlines, and deliverables
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards
Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
Requirements:
Previous experience in client service, account management, or a related role preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Know how to use SAGE
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
