Duties and Responsibilities
Duties:
* Act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the office, providing a warm and professional welcome.
* Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
* Maintain reception and waiting areas to a high standard at all times.
* Provide administrative support, including data entry, drafting email correspondence and document handling.
* Liaise with colleagues across the firm to ensure smooth communication and client service.
* Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Required Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* A professional, welcoming manner with strong customer service skills.
* Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role is essential. Unfortunately, applications without this experience cannot be considered.
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Core Hours:
34.5 hours per week.
9am – 5pm - Monday – Thursday
9am – 4.30pm, Friday
This is a full-time, office-based role and is not eligible for hybrid working due to the nature of the position.
