Readypower Rail Services is a growing rail plant hire company looking for motivated and experienced Tracked and Wheeled RRV Operators to support our operations. Based from our depot in Nottingham, opportunities are available for full time and zero hours personnel.
The role:
* To ensure the safe operation of OTP/ Mobile Plant in line with current rules and standards
* To operate plant you have competence for and authorisation to use, under supervision and correctly use plant for its intended use
* To carry out your undertaking professionally and politely, whilst utilising communication devices to enhance safety
Requirements:
* All Operators are required to comply with Network Rail pre-employment checks, which are as follows:
• Identity verification
• UK right to work check
• Employment references (past 3 years). Must be able to provide information for
any gaps in employment history of 3 months or more
* CPCS/NPORS or an equivalent Nationally recognised competence should be maintained
* Good knowledge and experience of the railway
* Acceptable standard of reading and writing (able to read lift plans, safety signage, correctly complete log books, etc.)
Contract Type:
* Full time and zero hours roles are available

* Competitive rates
* Banded pay scale, dependent on machine and attachment competencies
* Shift bonus available, equating to an additional £5,000 per year
