Senior coordinator

Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in our Motherwell office

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: 12-month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | options available

The role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Coordinator to lead our Administration team based in our Maxim Park Office, supporting our projects across Scotland. As a key member of our operations, you will coordinate the activities of a team of engineers to ensure services are delivered on time and to the customer’s satisfaction. This is initially a one year contract, but there’s a strong possibility of continued employment.

You will

• Manage an internal team on a daily basis.
• Coordinate and schedule engineers for site visits in line with customer requirements.
• Ensure all administrative processes and procedures are followed to keep projects running smoothly.
• Maintain regular contact with customers’ representatives to arrange site visits and handle queries.
• Assist with project and support billings, timesheet recording, and overtime reporting.

You have

• Proven experience in office administration or project coordination, preferably in the Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) or construction industry.
• Exceptional organisational skills with an eager eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of BEMS (Building Energy Management Systems) or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems is a plus, but not essential.
