Job Description
The Care Companion role includes:
* Visiting regular clients, in their homes for a minimum of 1 hour to support with a variety of needs including, but not limited to personal care, help around the home, emotional wellbeing, social events and trips out in the community.
* Communicating with families and nurses as part of the care team.
* Being creative in ways that can help enhance and bring joy to someone’s life.
* Working a mixture of mornings and evenings, as our clients do need a hand to have some tea and get settled for bed too.

Qualifications
* Full Driving Licence and means of transport required for location.
* Fluent in writing and speaking English Language.
* Caring nature and good intentions towards others.
* Ability to think on your feet.
