As a Project Manager, your mission is to lead the development, definition and execution of project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables. You will report to [add Hiring Manager title].
You will
* develop, define and execute detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables
* Manage resources, track costs and ensure adherence to project timelines while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
* Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders across multiple fucntions and divisions are needed
* Communicate project requirements, progress and risks to all levels of the organisation, including Senior Management and external partners
* Facilitate regular project meetings, reviews and reporting
* Ensure all projects comply with company processes, quality standards and customer requirements
* Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience, working as a Project Manager
* Project Management certification (eg. PMP, Prince 2, Agile, IPMA) is required
* Degree in Engineering or Business is an advantage but not essential, other qualifications with more experience will be considered
* Confident use of Microsoft Project (MSP)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Strong organisational, leadership and influencing skills
* Must be able to demonstrate ability to plan and deliver complex projects
* Must be able to demonstrate ability to prioritise multiple activities
* Familiarity with vaccum technology or related industries is an advantage
