Position: Building Surveyor
Location: Brighton
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting thorough building surveys and inspections
2. Preparing detailed reports and providing expert advice
3. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
4. Offering technical guidance and solutions
5. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
6. Assisting with business generation tasks.
Qualifications:
7. Minimum 2 years’ industry experience in key areas.
8. Completed a degree in Building Surveying or equivalent.
9. On path to completing MRICS or AssocRICS APC.
10. Building / Architectural Design experience.
