What Youll Do:
* Support people with learning disabilities in their daily lives and routines
* Assist with personal care and medication, including bathing and dressing
* Help with finances and everyday tasks like shopping and bill payments
* Encourage independence and social inclusion by supporting community activities and groups
* UsePositive Behaviour Supportstrategies to enhance quality of life
* Build trusting, meaningful relationships based on empathy and respect
What Were Looking For:
* A genuine passion for supporting others
* Excellent communication skills
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts includingevenings,weekends, andovernight
* A positive, patient, and empathetic attitude
* Willingness to register withNISCCand undergo anenhanced Access NI check
Contract & Shift Details:
* 1 x 37.5 full-time contract
* 1 x 22.5 part-time contract
Shifts:
*
o Days: Between 07:00-22:00AND
o Sleep-ins: 22:00-07:00
There is also a sleep-in availablewhere you willreceive an enhanced flat rate payment of£64.20
