Were recruiting a Director of Infrastructure to lead technology strategy, digital transformation, cyber security, data governance and business systems across a fast-growing national engineering organisation. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of technology performance, systems optimisation and long-term digital capability.The RoleAs Director of Infrastructure, youll set and deliver the companys technology strategy, ensuring systems, data, infrastructure and cyber security fully support operational excellence. Youll work closely with the Executive Team to drive transformation, improve efficiency, and ensure technology enables sustainable growth.Youll lead teams across infrastructure, systems, business intelligence and digital operations, ensuring the organisation remains secure, scalable and high-performing.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver the companys technology and digital transformation strategyBuild a 35 year technology roadmap aligned to business growthLead governance, performance and continuous improvement of all core business systemsOversee operational technology supporting field engineers, scheduling, compliance and mobile workforce productivityOwn the data, reporting and business intelligence strategy, ensuring a single source of truthStrengthen cyber security, risk management, DR, backups and identity/access controlsManage cloud infrastructure, networks, telecoms and end-user computingLead supplier management, contract negotiation and technology procurementOversee project delivery across system implementations, integrations, automation, data migration and infrastructure upgradesManage departmental budgets, investment planning and ROILead, coach and develop high-performing technology and BI teamsAbout YouWere looking for a senior technology leader with experience driving digital transformation in a complex, multi-site or engineering-led environment.
