SEN Department

Your Role
Lead the strategic development of SEND provision, ensuring compliance and high-quality support. Manage the SEN team and coordinate interventions across the school. Provide training and guidance to staff, liaise with parents, and monitor student progress. Contribute to whole-school initiatives and policies.
Ideal Candidate
Qualified teacher status with SENDCO accreditation is essential. You will have strong leadership skills, experience in SEND provision, and excellent communication and organisational abilities. A passion for inclusion and improving outcomes for all learners is vital.
