You'll work with seasonal, locally sourced produce in a busy, well-established kitchen, supported by a skilled brigade and strong leadership. This role is perfect for a Chef de Partie looking to step up and develop their career in a respected hospitality setting, easily commutable from Worthing.

Key Responsibilities
