Creative Support is currently looking for a caring individual to take on our Relief Housing Support Worker role in Fleetwood, Blackpool, providing the highest standards of care to individuals with mental health and complex needs.
This opportunity is ideal for someone interested in an exciting career in mental health. We seek someone who is approachable, warm, and capable of connecting with the individuals we support.
Support Worker Duties:
1. Developing and maintaining warm, trusting relationships with service users;
2. Carrying out general administrative duties;
3. Providing emotional support to service users;
4. Overseeing medication;
5. Supporting with daily living tasks, including budgeting and tenancy maintenance;
6. Communicating and building strong relationships with service users’ families, support networks, and involved professionals.
