Smart Education is currently recruiting for an experienced School Administrator to join a fantastic SEN provision in the Wolverhampton area. This is a full-time, term-time position within a highly supportive and well-resourced school that provides outstanding education and care for children with a range of additional needs.

Job Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a school office (essential)
* Confident and experienced using Arbor management systems (essential)
* Enhanced child/Adult DBS on the Update Service (essential)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and use initiative
* Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
Role Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain accurate student records using Arbor
* Upload and manage EHCP and IEP documentation
* Support the Senior Leadership Team with daily administrative duties
* Ensure confidentiality and accuracy across all school data
* Liaise professionally with parents, carers, staff, and external agencies
