We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join our school in Solihull as soon as possible. This part‑time role (2 days per week) will run until July 2026 and is ideal for someone with strong Key Stage 1 expertise and a passion for early learning. About the Role The successful candidate will: Teach a Year 1 class, delivering engaging and high‑quality lessons. Plan, assess and track pupil progress in line with school policies. Create a warm, supportive and structured learning environment. Work collaboratively with year‑group colleagues and the wider school team. Communicate effectively with parents and carers. Essential Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - this is mandatory. Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum. Experience teaching in Year 1 or within early primary phases.
