Head of Department - Mathematics Salary: Leadership Scale L10-L12 64,688 to 67,897 per annum Permanent A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of our Mathematics Department. We are looking to appoint a Head Mathematics who is committed to ensuring our young people are equipped with the maths skills, fluency and reasoning to be successful and make accelerated progress in mathematics. We are looking for an ambitious, inspirational, committed Head of Department who has a proven track record of increasing outcomes for young people in maths, and is passionate about their subject. This position would suit an experienced Head of Department, or someone new to post who has experience as a postholder in a successful mathematics department.
