Are you a Contracts Manager with an Electrical background, looking to step up to a lead role within an international maintenance company, becoming the go-to manager in a role based in the heart of Leicester city centre?
This company is a leading business in facilities maintenance, who take exceptional pride in their ability to train and promote staff, allowing them to progress and flourish in the workplace. As this company works across the UK there are plenty of progression routes throughout the business.
In this role you will be working from Monday to Friday with occasional weekends, working alongside the senior management team. You will in charge of managing all daily planned and reactive facility maintenance at this Leicester city centre location, whilst managing engineers, contractors and completing risk assessments.
This role would a Contracts Manager with an electrical background looking to progress their career within a large and successful business that offers a great long-term career and the scope to progress within an industry leading business.
The Role
* Managing daily maintenance of the site
* Working closely with the management and accounts teams
* Static role in the heart of Leicester city centre
* Managing subcontractors and engineers, prioritising and scheduling works
The Person
* Experience in building management, contracts management or similar
* Electrical qualification
* Full UK Driving License
