We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Leader to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will lead by example, demonstrating strong hospitality skills while managing and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of front of house staff, ensuring efficient service delivery
* Provide training and support to new team members, fostering a positive work environment
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations
* Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, utilising your culinary experience
* Manage customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient food production
* Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and service improvements
* Uphold the restaurant's brand standards through excellent service and hospitality practices
Requirements
* Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
* Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles is highly desirable
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
* Experience in serving and barista roles is an advantage
* A passion for the hospitality industry with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
