These roles are ideal for Teaching Assistants who are confident working independently, supporting learning, and making a meaningful impact on pupil progress. Available Roles: 1:1 SEN Support - Provide targeted, tailored support to pupils with additional needs, implementing strategies set by the SENCO and class teacher. General Classroom Support (EYFS - Year 6) - Support teaching and learning across the curriculum, including leading small groups.
