Location: Bromborough, Wirral
Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Construction Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team and support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor teams.
Role Summary:
As a Construction Multi-Skilled Operative, you will support various projects across industrial sites within the North West. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in civils work, fit-out projects, or engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete daily construction requirements on industrial sites
* Support project team
* Perform DIY & general building maintenance (tiling, plumbing, joinery, painting, electrical works)
* Carry out construction tasks safely and efficiently
* Follow safe working practices and report hazards
* Provide daily updates on construction progress
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a similar role
* Proactive approach to site construction and maintenance
* Skills in painting, decorating, joinery, plumbing, electrical work
* Good communication skills for client-facing interactions
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Organizational skills
* Teamwork ability
