Sales Advisor - Retentions Our Retentions team are responsible for contacting existing customers who may be at risk of leaving and working to retain their business. You will be responsible for ensuring customer loyalty over the phone, maintaining strong relationships, and highlighting the value of our products and services to encourage customers to stay. Based in our newly refurbished Fareham offices, the goal is to reduce customer churn, strengthen our customer base, and protect revenue for the business. Company pension scheme You’ll Get Involved In: Contact existing customers to retain their custom Proactively following up leads and ensure that targets and KPI’s are met Answer questions about products or the company Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Enter and update customer information in the database Take and process orders in an accurate manner Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time Ideally, you’ll have experience of: Sales experience within a professional B2B environment Used to working towards sales targets and agreed KPI’s Ability to work accurately under pressure & within strict deadlines. Perseverance and self-motivation to take the sales process from start to finish It would be great if you have: Experience working with telecommunication products ​ Who are we?
