Overview
Our clients have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join their growing team. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in raising brand awareness, supporting sales growth, and strengthening the company’s profile in both UK and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
o Deliver marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives and sales priorities.
o Ensure all activity supports the company brand, maintaining consistency across all channels.
* Content Creation & Management
o Develop engaging collateral including brochures, case studies, presentations, and social media posts.
o Manage and update website content using a CMS.
o Create and edit video, graphics, and photography using Adobe Creative Suite.
* Digital Marketing
o Lead digital marketing activity including SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns.
o Manage company presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
o Use analytics tools to track and report campaign performance.
* Events & PR
o Organise and coordinate exhibitions, seminars, and CPD presentations.
o Support PR activity and engagement with industry associations, trade media, and distributor networks.
* Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
o Work closely with Sales, Technical, and Operations teams to align marketing with business priorities.
o Provide tailored marketing resources and support to international distributors.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role
* Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
* Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
* Experience with CMS platforms
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
