Are you passionate about supporting children with autism and helping them thrive both socially and academically? Schools and specialist provisions in and around Radlett are seeking dedicated Autism Support Workers to join their caring and inclusive teams.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in a childs daily development and wellbeing.
What youll be doing:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with autism
* Supporting communication, sensory regulation, and social development
* Following EHCPs and personalised behaviour strategies
* Encouraging independence and emotional resilience
* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and families
What were looking for:
* Experience supporting children or young people with autism or SEN
* Understanding of structured routines and behaviour strategies
* Patient, calm, and proactive approach
* Ability to build positive and trusting relationships
* DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
* Drivers licence desirable
