Senior Architectural Technician
Leicestershire + 1 Day Hybrid
Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Package
We’re working with a well-established residential developer looking to appoint a Senior Architectural Technician to join their Technical team. This role reports to the Technical Director.
The Role
* Driving technical and design input from land acquisition through to construction
* Creating and refining layouts, planning drawings, and technical packages
* Leading on planning submissions and managing the process end-to-end
* Coordinating building regulations and construction information
* Acting as a key link between design, planning, and site teams
* Attending site meetings and resolving technical challenges in real time
* Managing external consultants and specialist reports
The Ideal Candidate
* You're currently working for a developer (min 5years experience)
* You’re confident handling planning applications and technical coordination
* You don’t wait to be told, you take ownership and push projects forward
* You’re comfortable balancing multiple projects without dropping standards
* You can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
