We are recruiting for a Real Estate Associate to join a market-leading international law firm with a top-ranked Real Estate practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded team consistently ranked number one by the legal directories across all real estate disciplines, working alongside recognised experts in the sector.
You will benefit from genuine collaboration across their offices across the UK, with exposure to high-value and complex transactions, and the opportunity to work with major institutional clients including private equity funds, property companies and household-name investors.
This role would suit a commercially minded solicitor looking to develop within a structured and supportive environment, with clear progression through the associate ranks and strong emphasis on both legal and personal development.
Typical duties would include:
* Managing a broad portfolio of asset management matters appropriate to your level of experience.
* Advising on acquisitions, disposals and real estate financings with appropriate supervision.
* Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements and transactional documentation.
* Advising clients to ensure their interests are protected and regulatory requirements are met.
* Working as part of key client teams across multiple offices.
* Supporting development transactions ranging from industrial brownfield acquisitions to large-scale regeneration projects.
* Building and developing long-term client relationships.
The successful candidate:
* Has a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial real estate.
* Demonstrates strong analytical ability and technical drafting skills.
* Has solid commercial awareness and provides clear, practical advice.
* Is organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Is adaptable, proactive and comfortable working collaboratively across offices.
* Is motivated to develop their skills within a supportive, high-performing team.
