Neighbourhood Response Officer
The role :
Our client is seeking confident and customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officers to join their East Midlands team, with one role based in Oxfordshire and one in Milton Keynes.
This is a frontline position specialising in tenancy and estate management, requiring daily visits to neighbourhoods and customers' homes. The patch covers approximately 80 miles, and additional areas may need to be covered as required. Extensive travel is essential, and candidates must have access to a suitable vehicle.
You will help deliver the organisation’s core vision of providing safe, secure, and attractive neighbourhoods with vibrant, diverse, and stable communities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out customer visits including tenancy sign-ups, welfare checks, and ASB/breach investigations.
* Deliver high-quality tenancy and estate management across a wide geographical area.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to improve services and resolve complex cases.
* Exercise sound judgement and follow organisational policies and procedures at all times.
* Manage a varied caseload, prioritising effectively while working independently and as part of a team.
