Opportunity for an Employment Associate to join a leading international law firm with its highly regarded Employment practice.

The opportunity

The Employment team is Legal 500 ranked and recognised as one of the UK's leading practices, advising prestigious private and public sector clients on their most complex and sensitive employment issues.

The firm is now seeking an Employment Associate to join its London team as part of its continued growth.

This role offers the opportunity to work on employee and employer matters, spanning both contentious and advisory work.

The new hire will advise on executive-level appointments and exits, high-value cross-border projects, complex workforce restructurings, workplace investigations, outsourcing arrangements, trade secret protection, equality and diversity initiatives, and high-stakes Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation.

Required

• UK qualified Solicitor with 2-6 years’ PQE
• Strong employment law experience gained within a reputable law firm
• Experience handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Strong academic credentials
