Just Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Coordinator on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Ipswich.
The Sales Coordinator plays a central role in supporting and driving the commercial performance of the business. The role is primarily email led, managing a high volume of customer and sales enquiries, while supporting marketing activity, account management, and coordination with the sales team, Commercial Manager, and operational teams.
Duties include:
Manage a high volume of customer and sales emails, responding professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner
Act as a primary point of contact for enquiries, with the role being predominantly email based, supported by telephone communication where required
Handle inbound sales calls as necessary
Support outbound follow ups and customer communications, primarily via email
Prepare quotations and service proposals
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing account holders
Identify opportunities to promote additional or improved services
Liaise daily with the sales team and Commercial Manager
Support marketing initiatives and sales campaigns
Support the admin team with pricing queries and sales related administration
Skills & Experience:
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
