Job Title: Office Manager
Location: North Somerset / Hybrid
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE
The Opportunity
Robert Half are working with a fast-growing business entering an exciting phase of expansion, including a planned move to larger offices in the coming months. The business is seeking a highly proactive and organised Office Manager to act as the go-to person for office operations, administration, IT coordination and business support.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, supporting senior stakeholders, and working across multiple priorities in a growing environment.
Role Purpose
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Office Manager will support the smooth day-to-day running of the office and wider business operations. The role combines office management, business administration, diary and calendar support, IT coordination and project support, including involvement in the upcoming office move.
