TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a contract DEAto their team inDarlington. Role Overview:As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties. You will also take down RdSAP data.
Your responsibilities will include:Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathroomsEvaluating the exterior condition of the propertiesApplying the HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risks at each locationConductingRdSAP assessments to determine energy efficiency ratingsm (NO floorplan or lodgement)Ideal Candidates:Experience in stock condition surveying or related fieldsFamiliarity with the HHSRS systemStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsAbility to work efficiently using technology (tablets)Experience in carrying out EPCsAccredited DEA through Elmhurst or ECMK.
